Barton Marine has recently appointed HOOG Performance Sailing to distribute Barton products in the popular boating destination of Turkey. Based in Istanbul the company prides itself on offering the trade and public the most recognised brands in the marine industry which include Hyde Sails, Ullman Sails, Allen Brothers, Sailtec, Powerlite, PBO Rigging, Clam Cleat, Schaefer Marine and English Braids.

Proprietors Hakan and Selen Solmaz are both experienced sailors and founded HOOG Performance Sailing in 1999. Since then they have seen their company grow to now include not only their Istanbul office but also offices in the Turkish coastal towns of Marmaris, Fethiye and Cesme, allowing them to supply boating enthusiasts all over Turkey.

HOOG has also recently confirmed that they will be supplying top Turkish boatbuilder Gokmarin Yachts with Barton products for their exciting new QS21+ Sailing Yacht. The company provide products for a vast range of sailing boats from dinghies right up to mega yachts.
