As the sailing season starts to get into full swing, we’re hoping for much better weather than we experienced at the Marine Industry Regatta in The Solent!
At Barton, our commitment to new development is alive and well as we prepare to present the new Barton block designs late in the year. Barton’s CEO, Suzanne Blaustone, and I depart for Germany this month to meet with key distributor Robert Lindemann KG to discuss market strategies and sales opportunities throughout their growing supply region. Poland was recently added to Lindemann’s sales territory, so we look forward to seeing Barton’s influence continue to develop, given their commitment to this growing marine stronghold.
In June, we are proud to be displaying our industrial lines at Seawork International, the global leader in commercial marine exhibitions. This is the first time Barton Marine will host its own stand, where we will convey our commitment to commercial and industrial markets by showing our new line of Industrial Snatch Blocks and the new Block on a Strop. Both of these lines will be spotlighted in the Innovation Showcase at Seawork! Barton will emphasise our new track and car systems, including our expertise for curved track and bespoke design for commercial marine endeavours. Currently our track systems are used for marine and industrial roofing, mobile container and parcel designs on vessels and in worksites, man-overboard-systems and marine recovery devices.
Stop by to see us at stand SB60 – entry to Seawork is free! http://www.seawork.com/
