NEW PRODUCTS LAUNCHED
By popular demand Barton Marine introduces a range of stainless steel rubbing strakes, to help prevent rope wear to deck edges and coamings. Available in three lengths these attractive strakes are easy to fit and will last a lifetime. THE PARIS BOAT SHOW 2013
The Paris International Boat Show runs from December 6th to the 15th. Barton’s French distributor Plastimo France is presenting Barton products in Pavillion 2.1 – Stand B79 pop along and see the Barton rig display with our new super smooth finish high load eyes. THE LONDON BOAT SHOW 2014
Barton Marine will be attending the Tullett Prebon London Boat Show early next year, commencing on January 4th. Barton Marine is exhibiting on stand D115, and will be showing the new rubbing strakes and wear pads for the first time as well as our new super smooth finish high load eyes. BARTON - THE MOVIE!

Mini Transat solo sailor Pip Hare is all geared up and ready to compete in the 2013 Mini Transat race from Spain to Guadeloupe, a race distance of nearly 4,000 miles and in a 21ft boat! Barton Sales Manager Christian Brewer attended the US Sail Boat Show in Annapolis in mid October, working with the Ocean Accessories team Linda Frink, Jeff Cox, Chris Beaudry and Jim Wallis on their stand D40. Barton customer Bryan Downey recently installed our removable mainsheet traveller system onto his Sun Odyssey 32i. His previous arrangement on the coach roof meant that it was difficult to adjust the mainsheet from the helm position. The new addition gives total control when short-handed. It is also easy to remove, should you wish to free up extra space in the cockpit area when tied up for the evening. LOW LEVEL FLYING WITH MIKE LENNON
Hyde Sails technical Director Mike Lennon has been in touch recently, following his great result in the International Moth's UK Championship held in Weymouth, scoring fourth overall in the huge fleet of 70 boats. RED DINGUE DELIGHTS

Earlier this year we brought you news of Stephan Boden and his epic voyages around the Baltic during 2012 aboard ‘Digger'. He created quite a stir in social media with 550,000 following his fun blog.
